3.Service Limitations and Important Notices 

3.1 Flight and Hotel Reservations 

Our flight itineraries and hotel reservations are: 

Temporary and for visa application purposes only 

NOT actual confirmed travel bookings 

Valid for a limited time period (typically 48-72 hours unless otherwise specified) NOT tickets or confirmed reservations that guarantee travel 

YOU MUST PURCHASE ACTUAL TICKETS/BOOKINGS once your visa is approved. Our reservations cannot be used for actual travel. 

3.2 Visa Approval Disclaimer 

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate 

We cannot guarantee, promise, or ensure visa approval 

Visa rejection does not entitle you to a refund (see Section 7) 

Each visa application is evaluated independently by government authorities 

We are not responsible for decisions made by visa authorities 

3.3 Accuracy of Information 

You are solely responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information 

Verifying all details in documents we provide 

Ensuring information matches your travel plans 

Checking spelling, dates, and personal details 

Reviewing documents before submission to authorities 

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but you must review all documents carefully before use.

4. Ordering and Payment 

4.1 Order Process

4.2 Payment Terms 

Payment must be made in full at the time of order

5.Customer Responsibilities

In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations 

Without fraudulent intent or misrepresentation 

Without violating any immigration or travel regulations 

5.3 Prohibited Uses 

You must NOT: 

Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes 

Provide false or misleading information 

Attempt to use temporary reservations for actual travel

Resell or redistribute our services without permission 

Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our documents or systems 

Use our services to harm, defraud, or deceive any party

6.Delivery of Services 

6.1 Delivery Method 

All services and documents are delivered electronically via email 

Documents are typically provided as PDF files 

Ensure you provide a valid, working email address 

Check your spam/junk folder if documents are not received 

6.2 Delivery Timeframe 

We aim to deliver within the stated processing time 

Delivery times may be affected by: 

Time zone differences 

Volume of orders 

Need for additional verification 

Incomplete or inaccurate information provided 

6.3 Failed Delivery 

If you do not receive your documents: 

Check spam/junk folders

7.NO REFUND POLICY 

7.1 All Sales Are Final 

IMPORTANT: We operate a strict NO REFUND policy. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. 

7.2 No Refunds Will Be Issued For: 

Visa application rejection or denial 

Change of mind or travel plans

Errors in information YOU provided 

Failure to use documents provided 

Documents not accepted by authorities (if created according to your specifications) Expiration of temporary reservations 

Delays in visa processing by authorities 

Travel restrictions or policy changes 

Force majeure events (see Section 15) 

Any other reason after service delivery 

7.3 Service Delivery Completion 

Our service is considered fully delivered once: 

Documents are sent to your email address 

Flight itinerary/hotel reservation is generated 

Cover letter or travel plan is completed 

Visa assistance consultation is provided 

Once delivered, no refunds will be issued regardless of outcome. 

7.4 Exceptions (Our Error Only) 

Refunds or service corrections will ONLY be provided if: 

We failed to deliver the service entirely 

There was a clear error on our part in document preparation (not due to your incorrect information) Technical failure prevented service delivery 

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any errors to be considered. 

7.5 Chargebacks 

Initiating a chargeback for delivered services is considered fraud 

We will provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors 

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action 

7.6 Understanding and Acceptance 

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept: 

You have read and understood this NO REFUND policy

You accept full risk regarding visa application outcomes 

You understand that visa approval is not guaranteed 

You agree that payment is final once services are delivered 

You waive any right to dispute or claim refund after service delivery

Text, images, logos, and branding 

Software, code, and functionality 

Document templates and formats 

Proprietary processes and methods 

are owned by or licensed to ReservationPoints.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

8.2 Limited License 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: 

Access and use our website for personal use 

Download and use documents provided for your visa application 

View content for informational purposes 

8.3 Restrictions 

You may NOT: 

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy our content without permission 

Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our services 

Remove copyright or proprietary notices from documents

Embassy/consulate decisions are beyond our control 

You have read and understood these limitations

12.Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReservationPoints.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
