Refund Policy

Refund :As soon as you place an itinerary order with us and make the payment, RESERVATION POINTS will send you an email confirmation to inform you that the order has been received. We offer unlimited reasonable corrections to your itinerary if necessary, whether it be date changes or travel changes.

Refund Policy: It is the service fee that you pay to have reservations made for you. It should be noted that the service fee is not applied towards the purchase of the actual tickets. If your visa is denied due to our itineraries or reasons within the scope of our services, we will refund your flights and hotels. In order to process your refund request, you must provide us with the complete letter of rejection signed and stamped by the embassy authority as a single scanned attachment, along with any other rejection documents. For more information, please refer to the “Submit Refund Request” section below.

Refund Request: To initiate the refund request you can contact our agent. Your refund request will be processed immediately and you will be notified, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.

Pending Refund: If you have not received your refund yet, you should first double check your bank account to make sure that no funds have been deposited there. You should then contact your credit card company, as your refund may not appear immediately. The next step is to contact your bank. Refunds often require some processing time before they are posted.
