What to expect when you look it up
One result looks wrong and is not. Some airlines display a held reservation as “not ticketed”, and many show no fare against it. That is their system describing a seat that has been reserved and not bought — which is exactly what you ordered, and it is the commonest reason someone decides they have been sold a fake. A reference that returns nothing at all is the different case: tell us, and we will put it right.
Is a dummy ticket legal for visa applications?
The worry underneath the question is usually specific: that a dummy ticket is a form of forgery, and that using one could see you refused, banned or worse. It is worth separating the two very different things sold under that name, because only one of them carries that risk.
Holding a flight reservation without buying the ticket is an ordinary transaction. Airlines create held bookings constantly, travel agents have worked this way for decades, and a great many application checklists ask for evidence of intended travel rather than for a purchased ticket — which is why the practice exists at all.
Deception means presenting something as true that is not. A reservation that genuinely exists, in your name, on the route and dates you have declared, is not a false statement about anything: there is no claim inside it that could turn out to be untrue. That reasoning is the whole basis of what we sell, and it is why we can hand you the booking reference and invite you to check it against the airline yourself.
The exposure sits entirely with the other kind of document. A confirmation produced in an editor, with no reservation behind it, is a false document the moment it is submitted to an authority, and it remains one however cheerfully the seller describes it. We do not produce those, at any price.
What we will not do is tell you how your application will be assessed. That decision belongs to the consulate, the airline or the officer in front of you, and any service that forecasts it for you is selling something it cannot deliver. The confusion is entirely in the word. "Dummy" sounds like a prop, so people assume they are being sold a picture of a booking. It expires if it is not ticketed, which is the only sense in which it is temporary.
A fake ticket is a different object entirely: a document produced in an image editor, with a booking reference that was typed rather than issued, and no reservation behind it anywhere. Both get called "dummy tickets" in forums and in agents’ WhatsApp messages, which is exactly why people arrive at this page unsure what they are about to buy. We only issue the first kind.

Go to the website of the airline shown on your document, find the "Manage Booking", "My Trips" or "Retrieve Booking" section, and enter your PNR with the passenger surname. Your reservation, route and dates should appear. Do this as soon as your document arrives, before you submit anything anywhere — it takes a minute and it is the most direct proof there is that what you are holding is real. If anything on it does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will correct it.
Because a held seat is not a sold seat. The airline reserves it, waits for it to be ticketed and releases it if it is not, and that release is the airline’s own housekeeping — applied to your booking exactly as it is applied to every unticketed booking in the system. Which cuts the opposite way from how it sounds: a document that never expired would be a document no airline was holding anything against. A visa decision rests entirely with the authority reviewing your application, and no document from us or anyone else can influence it — be cautious of any service that suggests otherwise. If your application is refused, your reservation simply expires at the end of its validity window; there is nothing to cancel.
